Bihar: Criminals surrounded a man and demanded a ransom of Rs 50 lakh from him. They also said that if the money is not paid on time, his son will be killed. The victim pleaded with the police, but the police have not taken any action till now.

In Sitamarhi, criminals have demanded 50 lakh rupees as extortion money from a youth. They have also threatened to kill his son if he does not pay. The incident is from Narayanpur of Dumra police station area. Where extortion money was demanded from local resident Roshan Kumar by surrounding him on the four lane. The victim has also appealed to the local police that the criminals have warned him that if their demands are not met, his son will be killed. The victim has appealed to save his son’s life by submitting an application in the local police station.
Threat of murder of son for not paying extortion money
Regarding the incident, the victim said that Roshan Kumar had gone to Khajuria Petrol Pump at around 7.49 pm to fill petrol in his bike. Meanwhile, when he started returning, five criminals riding on two bikes surrounded him and then showed the video of the victim’s son on their mobile. They said that I know your whole family. If you do not get the money in a month, you will lose your son. Roshan Kumar said that all the criminals had covered their faces. He told that the criminals also beat him up. During this, they also broke his mobile. After this incident, the victim’s family is in panic.
The case was not registered even after giving the application
Regarding the incident, DSP Sadar 1 Ramakrishna said that the youth has given an application. Dumra police station is investigating the matter. FIR could not be registered due to not providing email ID in the application. He also said that the youth was not informed. FIR will be registered after writing the email ID.
